This delicious bacon was cured, smoked, and cut by our butcher here in Fauquier’s Finest and raised by Joyce Farms in NC.  They raise their pigs on lush pasture and grow all the supplemental grain-feed themselves in a regenerative manner.  Their farming practices produce some of the most nutrient dense and tastiest pork you can find.
